My journey with healing began in 2013, when I was diagnosed with three autoimmune disorders: Lupus, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, and Sjogren’s syndrome. I share these specifics not to define me, but because while autoimmune conditions vary, they often share similar roots—and can respond to a shared path of healing.
Early on, I realized that healing couldn’t be compartmentalized. It wasn’t just about managing symptoms or changing my diet. True healing required a holistic approach—nurturing the body, the emotions, and the soul.
During this vulnerable time, Divine Providence guided me toward something greater. I began a conversion to Orthodox Judaism, which transformed how I saw health, purpose, and the sacred connection between the inner and outer self.
This was the beginning of what I now call the Kosher Wellness lifestyle. It’s not a diet, nor a trend. It’s a Torah-rooted way of life where health is sacred, rest is restorative, and rituals are healing.
Kosher health and wellness became my anchor—a spiritually aligned path that blends Torah-based nutrition, emotional awareness, and a mindset of connection with Hashem. Through this lifestyle, I found strength, clarity, and ultimately, remission.
In today’s fast-paced world, more people than ever are facing chronic inflammation, autoimmune disease, anxiety, and even cancer. Hustle culture keeps our bodies in a constant state of alert—and this chronic stress disconnects us from our loved ones, our inner selves, and our Creator.
Somewhere along the way, we stopped living in alignment with our values. We override the body’s wisdom. React instead of reflect. And, we consume instead of connect.
That’s why many are turning to spiritual healing paths—like plant medicine, somatic therapy, and breathwork—searching for reconnection. But for me, the most powerful and grounded path was found in faith-based healing.
Kosher health and wellness is a lifestyle that restores harmony between the body and the soul. Grounded in Torah wisdom, it teaches that healing isn’t about pushing harder—it’s about aligning deeper, with Hashem, with your own essence, and with the natural rhythms of life.
Through my personal healing, I discovered three core pillars that now define everything I share and teach through Kosher Wellness:
Nutrition is more than what we eat. It’s how we eat, and why we eat.
For me, kosher eating wasn’t just about avoiding what’s forbidden. It became a deeply healing practice—rooted in mindfulness, brachot, gratitude, and listening to my body.
Avoiding non-kosher foods gave me a spiritual boundary. But within kosher, I also learned to draw new boundaries—avoiding foods that inflamed my body, such as dairy, refined flours, and sugar. It wasn’t about restriction—it was about self-respect.
I embraced anti-inflammatory foods, gut-healing protocols, and began to align my meals with Torah values.

True wellness starts within.
When I began praying regularly, keeping Shabbat, learning Torah, and living with emunah, I felt a powerful shift—emotionally, energetically, and even physically.
Spiritual wellness isn’t just about rituals—it’s about building a relationship with Hashem. It’s about slowing down, becoming aware of your inner world, and seeing the Divine in everyday life.

The way we move, rest, parent, and even clean our homes—all of it shapes our well-being.
Healing required me to slow down, declutter my space, and detox my home and habits. I began syncing my life with Hashem’s timing, not mine. I used Design thinking concept to make changes in my life.
I started to see Divine messages in my everyday routines—and began choosing presence over pressure.
